High stat thunderhead armor

Im a returning player from Destiny 1 and recently started playing again and I was wondering what the best way to get high stat armor is. Looking for total stats of around 65.

Iron Banner is a good source, obviously not PvE oriented though. You can get them from random prime engrams, I've had all sorts of world armor drop for me with high stat rolls.
